You can get juices in a variety of nicotine levels. If you’re a heavy smoker, something in the 8 MG to 16 MG range would be appropriate. For beginners, the best option is a liquid with a balanced VG to PG ratio. This gives you a feel for what you prefer. 50-50 and 50-40 varieties give you the benefit of large clouds with delicious flavours. From there, you can start experimenting with different ratios to see what you like best.
